RepairBook is designed as a lightweight reference tool. This policy describes how information is handled when you use the site.

Information we collect

The public site primarily serves static content. Standard server and hosting logs may include technical data such as IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamp. If you deploy analytics or hosting features (for example on Vercel), those providers may process similar technical data under their own policies.

Cookies and local storage

This project does not require an account for basic error-code lookup. Any cookies or local storage used by the framework or host are limited to what is needed for normal site operation unless you add additional tools.

Third-party content

Pages may load images or assets from third-party URLs present in the static data (for example brand logos). Those requests are subject to the privacy practices of the respective hosts.

Children

The site is intended for adult technicians and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service or hosting setup changes. The "Last updated" date will be revised when that happens.
